Can you feel how, in these brief moments, your physical body becomes the vassal of this spiritual heart that rises up in its wake? Time seems abolished, it does not matter anymore; the osmosis is perfect and all its particles vibrate in infinite love.

This unique vibration transcends everything and touches, with its grace, the hearts that are calling it with fervour.

Enjoy these moments, my daughter. They are fleeting, but they leave traces; the soul keeps their fragrance and remains enraptured by them.

Starting off one's day by being united with the Divine, isn't it adorned with light and beauty? After such a contact, can the heart let itself go into hating or slandering and judging? It must be better equipped to make it face up to things and not let itself be overcome by bad advisers, i.e. thoughts, which should be closely watched.

They are insidious; sometimes they gain ground, lamentably, by surprise or from force of habit.

You should all pay attention to this. It is best to track them down, without any regret; they do not bring about any happy solutions.

Weeds must be removed all the time; they are tough but not indestructible.
