See how good it is to focus one's attention on the centre point of this [esoteric] symbol*; it opens the door to serenity, that which exalts the soul to loving.

Our way has a number of assets, and they are discovered over time through an indepth and sincere practice. We want – and more than ever for our abhyasis – to achieve productive results that can generate the best for our Mission.

A burning heart convinced of the benefit it derives through sadhana motivates itself all the more. We sincerely wish a full blossoming for the whole of this Sahaj Marg path and for all our brothers and sisters.

Times are tough in this world and this is not going to get any better soon. The recourse of faith in the Master, and in this Mission that he serves with such brilliance, is a major asset in an incarnation. Joys, human pleasures of all kinds, do not last; they are an integral part of this world of illusion where everything passes and returns to oblivion, sometimes leaving regrets or much sadness. The only thing that lasts is a personal achievement when it lies beyond the sphere of materiality and elevates the soul towards its highest destiny.

A spiritual approach like this one is very productive; in half a century of existence, it has created an aura of great beauty in this world. It distinguishes itself among

humans; we are not the only ones working in this world, but the results in such a short time, compared to what has existed for centuries, are very conclusive.

It is up to each one to realise what a spiritual approach such as this brings about, and to fully benefit from it. These benefits are not illusory; they transform the aspirant in the most subtle part of his or her being – there lies the wonder.

May all our brothers and sisters advance as far as possible under the protection of their Master and our collective support.
