It is deeper than it seems; you no longer react to events in the same way, and this achievement seems natural to you. You cope better with unpleasant situations, they affect you less deeply. With time, this change is obvious and you appreciate what you have become. It is just the beginning, towards a long and enriching metamorphosis that will transform your life. Your well-being is felt very deeply and you view the future with a new vision.
