No one is safe from a fit of anger. It can happen to you and also be directed at you. When facing this kind of situation, one must quickly forgive. This way of behaving can be uncontrollable in the moment.

One must quickly rectify this attitude and thus better understand it in others.

Contained anger, the hatred that some people harbour within themselves for some of their fellow human beings, is devastating and to be avoided at all costs. You must get rid of this weed that is poisoning your lives.

You mustn't harbour any resentment towards beings who have hurt you, knowingly or not. Don't put up this kind of barrier to your evolution.

Human turpitude causes much turmoil; knowing how to forgive is the best solution for oneself and others.

What will you all gain by letting this poison undermine you, physically and morally? Certain situations are inextricable. You must know how to turn the page and leave your resentments behind; you will feel like a new being, liberated and stronger.

Look before you; freed from your rancour, a life full of light can open up to you, liberating you from all these areas of shadow that limit you in your progression.

Be free inside, be happy to be so, nothing is slowing your forward movement. Forgive those who attack you, advance with your head held high, without being deeply affected by the ugliness of life.
