Lift up your thoughts, all of you; do not dwell on human behaviour, look at yourselves before giving criticisms; are you perfect? Others would know about that. Everyone must deal with not only what life has in store for them, but also their temperament, their genetic make-up, which plays tricks on them, and their character, which must adjust to those of the beings around them. That is not without its difficulties, but it is an excellent means for you to test your adaptability and patience. If all human beings on Earth were alike in every way, your life would be disconcertingly monotonous.

The whole of creation is highly diverse. If you take the trouble to study it in all its aspects, you will be puzzled: how is this possible, you may say.

Take a look at all that lives and moves around you, observe nature; it is full of lessons. You will learn a lesson in humility and courage as you see each of the elements that constitute creation struggle hard to survive in the face of the harshness of its environment.
