Calm down, relax, we know how painful it is on certain days. Physical and moral suffering exists on Earth in varying degrees. God is not insensitive to the call of His children, but the laws are made in such a way, and it is the obligatory passage to reach the goal. Mountaineers who set out to conquer a difficult summit, go through very hard times – they suffer and put their lives in danger, deliberately. They satisfy an ambition, a need to surpass themselves, which is not the case for the simple mortal who undergoes his or her karma, whether imposed or chosen. So will it be until the end of time, and the best way of settling one's accounts is still acceptance and surrender.

We don't have other means to offer you all, except for an unfailing faith and the graces that go with it and lighten your burden. You are on a spiritual path that takes you on shortcuts, that shapes and transforms you deeply. Salvation will come from such a process; your efforts, like those of the mountaineer, will not be in vain. Remain trustful and loving, in spite of life's torments.
