The Montpellier ashram must have its own, permanent life. You all must 'inhabit it' with your devotion. We repeat, it is a special place; the location is not attractive nor is the architecture remarkable, but that is of no relevance. If you are refined enough, you must feel a particular vibration there. It's up to you to make it attractive, even if this isn't the appropriate word. It can become what you want it to be.

It is a sacred place and sufficiently charged to make you feel like coming to it often and leaving positive thoughts there. See only the beautiful in your brothers and sisters; make a real effort in this direction. You will end up finding what you're seeking there because you yourselves will be impelled by the best intentions.

Contribute to create for it a luminous aura that will extend beyond the place and attract your fellow beings.
