Make efforts so that brotherhood reigns among you. Put aside, even if only in your spiritual life, your rejections of certain people, the petty jealousies that arise within you all and that are not justified. Rejoice in the promotions of your brothers and sisters; see them as a necessity in the organization of the Mission. Never feel forgotten or useless; you know very well, deep down, that this is not the case. Observe yourselves rigorously; be adults, aware of being equals within the group. The greatness of the Mission must result from this cohesion. Be aspirants who are concerned with everything that can enable you to grow favourably on all levels.

With these recommendations we are trying to make you all aware of certain negative thoughts that still trouble your minds. Cast them out mercilessly, and you will feel free and strong.

Faith must be your standard; carry it joyfully, your head held high, free from a stiflingly dull mind.
