We must come back to an important point already developed yesterday – your 'mission' within the Mission as a whole. Each of you is one of its components; whatever you do, your place is important and essential to its development. Be well aware of that and of what you represent as abhyasis practising assiduously. The Mission is growing and must be firmly structured. It needs persons in charge acting under the Master's leadership. He can't do and see everything. The task, at the material level, becomes very heavy; he must increasingly set up a competent human framework.

This isn't always easy. One has to take heed of people's sensitivities, though each must get beyond this kind of primary reaction and focus only on the general interest of the group, whether big or small. Nothing prevents you from expressing yourselves and giving your point of view on this or that subject; consultation is important and authoritarianism is inadvisable. Above all, you must learn to live your spiritual life together.
