May your sadhana be joyful! Think of the transformations it produces in you, the perspectives it opens up for you all; you know that your life on Earth is a passage, that it continues beyond and that a better future on one of those planes awaits you. You are preparing that better future, thanks to your perseverance and the path you have chosen.

We want the best for you all. You are the object of all our attention; we follow your progress. It is good in this kind of process to know where one is going and whom one can trust.

You have confidence in your Master, given that you remain among us. You are pursuing your path, helped by his vigilance towards you. It is not easy to evaluate the progress made in this kind of approach. Your transformation is slow and is being accomplished at very subtle levels, but it is real. If you were suddenly to go back, the sensation at the heart level would not be pleasant and you would wish to quickly return to the present. Therefore, it is better to look ahead of you and to persevere; the road is long, but the outcome will be your recompense.
