Make an effort to free your mind from material contingencies. Don't you have your secret garden where we meet? Can't you bear the situation a little longer? Perfection is not of this world, you know it. You will never be in harmony with all the beings around you. There is a flip side to everything, nothing is ever all white or all black.

A little more patience, my dear daughter; paradise is not on Earth, but better days may yet come.

Always have hope – don't you trust us anymore? You know that, in all circumstances, we act only for your good and that of those who gravitate around you, even temporarily.

Look towards the light at the end of the tunnel, but, above all, don't forget that it is also inside you. Come and rejoin us there, it will restore your courage.
