No matter what happens around you, you must be able to plunge in and enter into contact with us in all circumstances. Simply cut off contact with the outside, and the work will be done.

Our world is parallel to yours, there is no insurmountable barrier. It's only a question of perception, which prevents most people from communicating with what you all call 'the beyond'.

In very ancient times, humans had this kind of capability, it was natural. The socalled advanced civilization deprived you all of your antennae. The spiritual work must refine you and make you more receptive, without going as far as 'channelling', which is not given to everyone. All of you will be able, in devoting yourselves seriously to your sadhana, to become sensitive, reasonably so.

However, this is not an essential element – your spiritual progress is, and that must be your sole concern.

You must also control your imagination. Certain abhyasis live in a kind of daydream and take their desires to be realities. They believe they communicate with us, which is not the case; therefore prudence is always called for in this area.

Do your personal work in surrender and love, that will suffice.
