You all may find our speech grim and indeed unappealing to read. If you live even a little bit in reality, you can tell that we are not exaggerating.

There are beautiful landscapes on this Earth, splendid cities, a little overcrowded, but if one sees only the good aspects of this planet, it's magnificent.

Therefore, without systematically burying your head in the sand, see only the beautiful around you and in others; that way, your life will be more bearable.

The golden age is not for tomorrow. You are all in this incarnation, which has pleasant aspects as well; try to benefit from them and appreciate the slightest moment of happiness. See only the good qualities in your fellow human beings, the beauty of a flower and its delicate fragrance, and all the good things the Creator provides to nourish you.

Review what is valuable around you and hold on to the positive aspects of your existence.

Be blessed in this endeavour and persevering in your practice. We don't allude to it much these days, but it remains one of the pillars of your life.
