The Earth is an immense breeding ground where numerous species grow and multiply. It is a rather remarkable field of observation. With regard to humankind, there are plenty of observations to be made.

There is truly reason for amazement, what diversity!

What shrewdness in intention, in reactions, and also in concealment in certain people.

This is specific to the human being. No other species is as complicated, surprising and calculating.

There are some rare specimens to study, it is staggering!

Other kingdoms – animal, vegetable, mineral, which also has an active life – look like mummies in comparison.

Should one conclude that evolution, as we understand it here, doesn't generate anything good? That's quite troubling.

We must pay attention more particularly to this category of human beings who push refinement very far into complexity.

Very fortunately, nothing is lost, everything can change for the better.

We are speaking in generalities, this should be highlighted.

There are nevertheless a few satisfying aspects – abhyasis being, of course, a category apart... protected, in an evolutionary process, in the sense that is of interest to us, within Sahaj Marg.

That sets our minds at rest.

We can, as far as they are concerned, leave the microscope aside and reassure ourselves about the future of this population, filled with the desire to transform itself and to please us.
