You all believe you are playing in the big leagues, yet since nursery school, you have not changed much on certain aspects. Your reactions have remained at a primary level.

You have taken on a veneer, an apparent wisdom, but you squabble over nothing.

It is enough to observe you in a group, when there is a disagreement, to realise this.

Don't you have better things to do? Do not get into this game, avoid baseless frictions, do not waste your energies on mere nothings.

The internal organization of the ashram does not present great difficulties.

It is conflicts of people, of egos, and in some cases of the settling of scores between them that is taking place.

All it would take is a little more dialogue and respect for each other for peace to reign.

Avoid clans, be united in your differences; go beyond them by seeing only the most important thing: the Master. He is your rallying point.

Brotherly and sisterly bonds must help you to become aware of how unimportant your quibbling is.

Respect others, their way of seeing things; it isn't yours, but it might not be bad.

Remove your blinkers, stop your childishness, you have better things to do. Don't think you are the only ones who see things correctly.

Do not let a few troublemakers cause discord.

Think that when you all meditate together, harmony reigns and should continue after the satsangh.

You have a treasure within yourselves; make sure your condition is not disturbed by unimportant details.

You all have the same goal; remain united through the heart, in the heart of your Master – you will distance yourselves from all this pointless human bustle.
