The big concern for my son in the future will be to appoint enough people able to do the work with a healthy state of mind. A person in charge can act in good faith and yet not have a sufficiently broad view of the problems that arise.

Failures are inevitable, but the essential is, and will always be, preserved.

Therefore, see only the beautiful in everyone and in each of the brothers and sisters you mix with.

Look towards the Master and see the Mission in its entirety.

Do your practice with heart, without dwelling on annoyances inherent in all human groups.

Focus your efforts on your person, this particle which is a part of a larger body as we like to say. And let yourselves be carried away by this redeeming wave that will change the world.

Thus all will be well.
