Interiorize yourself, my child, develop a certain ability to isolate yourself, to remove yourself from the world. Do this as often as you can, if only for a few moments.

You will thus get into the habit of feeling connected to us, in all circumstances. Things will affect you less.

You will have a kind of light and effective armour, almost permanent.

All of you, apply this approach; you too will be able to protect yourselves from external aggressions.

They take many forms in this world, some of which are insidious and affect you deep down.

Withdraw, whenever necessary, into this entrenched camp. With a certain amount of training, you will no longer let yourselves be affected either by words or by external events. We insist heavily on this point, in your own interest.

Now, having passed the centenary, you all must get back into your routine.

Try to keep the same enthusiasm and the same ardour for the sadhana.

Let every day for you be a celebration, that is to say, an active quest towards the Absolute, towards total union with the Divine.
