We give you so much; can't you bear your physical miseries for the love of us? Your road is long and difficult. When you reach the destination, you will forget the stony path on which you will have walked for so long.

It is necessary to go through all these tests; it's an initiatory process. We are applying a balm on your heart to make you forget the hardness of the ground you walk on.

Your trials are proportional to the strength we give you to bear them. In the past, what you endured was more dramatic.

Remember this: 'well-tempered souls are forged in the crucible of suffering.'

Your body we cannot heal; your soul, yes. That's the essential.

The Earth is a place of trials. You must all go through all sorts of tribulations; it's an obstacle course. Each one of you has your own, corresponding to your strength and inner nature.

When you feel like complaining, think of those whose stay on Earth resembles hell, as described by some religions.

Then, by imagining the worst, you will consider yourselves happy.

Meditate, forget the world and your own worries; plunging into yourself, there you will find peace.
