To be 'welded' to the Master means to be but one with him. This, for us, is the true meaning of that word. Don't let that frighten you. It is the best thing that could happen to you all.

So let yourselves go; in this approach to the summit, there comes a moment when fusion is necessary and total.

No one can advance alone up to the end. It is in the order of things. A solitary attempt cannot lead very far; you must get that into your heads.

I have already made my point clear on this phenomenon in my writings.

Alone, you would all remain on the shore watching the horizon, unable to reach it.

You need an experienced ferryman, and then there is every hope of success.

The best means of transport must be chosen.
