(Valentine's Day)

Yes, this message is going to be about love. Celebrating it is good, living it is something else. When love truly reigns among human beings, it will be a great step for humanity. This work must be done in each one of you. Cultivate love, develop it, cherish it; let it be a priority. When you understand its importance, your life will feel lighter. Your relationships with others will be different. You will approach your neighbour with another mindset. Let this shield be always between you and your fellow beings. This will help you overlook their flaws, reasonings that shock you, or behaviours that make you bristle. Put the balm of love on all of that. You will see your life change. You will all be happier and you will make others happier. You always have this restraint that blocks you – they are like this, they are not like that. Are you perfect yourselves? The more effort you make to advance on this path, the more indulgence and even tenderness you will have towards certain ways of being of your brothers and sisters. This celebration is a good beginning; one should never despair of humans. One day, they may be mature. Start changing now. Some people do exercises to maintain their body, their muscles and their appearance; do the same for your character.

All will be well. Look at the other person with an open heart and not with the attitude of the cat that is watching and ready to pounce. This is your mindset most of

the time: if the other person does not do what you expect, or say what you like, then you show your claws. This attitude is not worthy of a true spiritual aspirant. Rigorous practice and total surrender should help – try it!

Imagine each abhyasi being in the good frame of mind mentioned above, and the happiness of being in the ashram in a perfect climate of love; the ashram would never be empty.

It would be the golden age; it will come! Many wounds will be necessary, it is through trials and suffering that beings are supposed to advance. Pray, my brothers and sisters, for the advent of a world filled with love.

You see, my daughter, it has not been too laborious for you today. You must approach these contacts in a totally relaxed manner, without fear of not being up to the task. Here too, only one attitude is appropriate: be in utmost surrender. Let love within you breathe out and spread like an intoxicating fragrance. The Medium: Oh Babuji, help me. Let me be only love.
