Many things must change at the ashram. It must be restructured and confidence restored. The functioning of human groups is not easy. This ashram has a special vocation. It should be a place where people come often to interiorize themselves – as if a flame were to be maintained on a regular basis. A place of devotion in the heart of the city, a sort of sanctuary, a place different from Augerans whose purpose is to hold big seminars. Are abhyasis able to understand that, and to get over all their little personal, egotistical and selfish reactions? Nobody is perfect; 'love' should be the link between all of you. When will you consider yourselves as a big family, respecting each other's characteristics and seeing only the good in your brother, the perfectible? Instead of always attaching yourselves to the shortcomings of others, actively fight your own, and you will see the situation improve.

Do you really want this: to see this ashram grow and radiate with the love of the Master? Our blessings are on you all, especially those who are willing to make this great effort for the development of the Mission.

Think carefully about this proposal.
