Receiving these messages carries you far away, more than you can imagine; they permeate your whole being, as is the case for our faithful readers. All that is proposed in this spiritual path has its own importance, its raison d'être. Little by little, Sahaj Marg is gaining ground in the world; it is gratifying to note this. Many men and women aspire to rise spiritually, without excessive constraints and away from heavy rituals. The simplicity of our way makes it possible to achieve the best, serenely. The true wealth of the human being is well hidden – how is one to realise such benefits? Our brothers and sisters who are committed to this process manage to achieve the best; they do not regret it.

This is how it is.
