Forget, in these blessed moments, the perpetual movement of life that surrounds you. Within you, in the heart of silence, there is peace and harmony. These words, repeated over the years, create the ritual that connects our hearts to yours and, by extension, to the hearts of all the abhyasis who read our comments.

They are blessed in this; we do not give these messages in vain, even if this is not a 'literary' work – that is not our aim. Their action goes far beyond human appreciation. They are understood by all, and this is the most important thing; each one interprets them in his or her own manner and derives the necessary benefits from them. Over time, this celestial manna will remain a precious asset for our Mission. The Sahaj Marg way is a whole, effective and productive of the very best, of that you can be sure. Beyond appearances lies the 'reality', that which transcends human understanding.

The messages are likewise retained and valued on other planes of consciousness, where a specific vibration emerges, one created by the union of reunited souls of our faithful abhyasis who have chosen definitively, beyond this world, to unite and act in the service of our cause – that of a spiritual way much more active than it appears here below. To all our abhyasis, the best that can be, from our united hearts.
