Beyond physical appearances, we here know what you are going through; it is not easy for your circle to understand it. Suffering is part of this long journey of yours. You have endured much throughout this life which, otherwise, has been a very constructive one.

Each incarnation provides what is necessary and strengthens the being towards the culmination of the path reserved for each one. Once again, yours has not been easy; one could say it is not ordinary.

Channelling is not a rare happening, but there are many levels of it which cannot be humanly assessed. You did not ask for anything and we chose you for a very precise mission: to tune in to us every day with great rigour and unreserved commitment of the heart. This epic, one could call it, will leave its mark on the history of Sahaj Marg for a very long time. Everything in this way of the heart is accomplished in silence and contemplation, which may seem quite banal for some aspirants who have experienced considerable rituals in other paths. In this one, everything is simple, but productive on many levels – isn't this what matters! Everything happens in a timely manner on this very special trajectory reserved for each incarnate being.

We too experienced and endured many trials on this 'obstacle course' where it is necessary to reach the desired level of consciousness. Each of our abhyasis who is

involved is advancing according to an innermost appeal, and we respond to them accordingly.

Blessings to all, and a deep motivation for the best that can be.
