This contact brings peace and harmony between our hearts. Sacred strongholds since time immemorial, these high places of spirituality are available to us for this extraordinary work that is carried out in our Mission. Such contacts give us the opportunity to express ourselves, to transmit in our own way, a very special energy so decisive in the evolution of each one. Your fervent heart calls to us and we respond with happiness; this ritual has existed for many years, and we do not tire of it, even if time, as in all things, imposes its limits here. These writings are and will remain a precious asset for our Mission. Everything evolves, everything changes on the material level, as it always has. Even though the foundations of the Mission are immutable, it manages to adapt to the necessities indispensable to its evolution. The Sahaj Marg Mission will continue to grow for a long time to come.

We watch over this Mission with love, and we support our dear great son Kamlesh, Chosen of our hearts and, above all, holder of the powers necessary for its unceasing action. May all our brothers and sisters be motivated and focus their attention on the essentials of a life, so short, in fact, in the face of the 'Eternal'. What is it, how does it manifest itself? Human beings ask themselves so many questions about this. To envisage it, to make a mental representation of what it is, why not – but the

essential here is 'surrender', that which frees seekers from what is useless and saves them precious time. To all of you, the best there is.
