Relax, hear only our voices, those you most cherish. Don't they enchant your loving heart? They carry you every day and transmit these messages that are awaited by many of our abhyasis. These writings create a special heart connection with them; some feel it and benefit from it fully.

The heart is the receptacle of Love, that which produces the best and nourishes the sensitive points of the being, so necessary for its evolution. This concept is known in our way, and it is good to repeat it, to highlight it even more; this is not insignificant. The effects of our work can be measured at this subtle level.

It starts from an organ that is critical to human life but is much more than that. It holds the secret of one's journey, of one's soul and of one's history.

A fervent abhyasi gains precious time; this method, followed properly, is not ordinary. Its action is evident, though not yet well recognised for what it truly is.

The abhyasis who come to join us discover its effects, in their totality.

Amazed they often are, by this action that is scarcely perceptible in human terms, but which releases a force that is active and beneficial in its entirety.

Commitment and determination are the precious assets; it is up to each person to act as they are inclined.
