The communication between our abhyasis and us is ceaseless; in their own way they pick up our very special vibrations, depending on the call. Not all these aspects of the practice are necessarily revealed over the course of time, some moments are stronger and particularly draw our attention.

This practice, in the long term, is rich in effects, which often occur where they are not expected. Meditation, the sittings, reading of the messages and books, constitute a whole, very enriching in a spiritual way like this one, which can transform the subtle nature of the abhyasi. Such an abhyasi does not waste their time, that is for sure; a century amply proves it. We insist on this fact, to answer the questions of each participant about their real progress on this initiatory path, quite special. Let all be reassured, all is well in the 'Kingdom of Sahaj Marg'.

The day when you can truly judge it, new perspectives will open to you and, why not, a heightened action, a particular commitment that you did not even consider. It is good sometimes to take stock, as you say, moreover. One day the Divine goal will be reached; isn't that the most beautiful, the most motivating of prospects. To all, faith and determination, on this joyful and promising path.
