The acceptance of suffering as a grace is not easy to understand. Certain beings carry this heavy burden more than others – such are the laws of Karma. Suffering does not mean that the karma is bad, only that it is necessary for the current incarnation, for reasons of its own. It is not easy for the human being to accept this necessity. All of this is very complex and generally escapes people completely. To accept is wise. What else can one do? Wisdom dictates that it be so. Mystics integrate these notions more easily. Their approach to this mysterious Karma opens perspectives for them that help them to better understand. Following a spiritual path saves valuable time. Divine plans are very complex and they safeguard their mysteries well. One who has made some progress better integrates all these notions. Having reached a certain stage, a person no longer seeks to understand – he or she loves and receives in return; thus is created the osmosis and the profound delight of the true mystic who has arrived at this stage of surrender to divine love. All can approach it; it is enough to truly want it and to make sure that it flourishes in the heart of each one. Sahaj Marg brings together these hearts that are calling.
