There is a time for everything in one's life; the time of interiorisation, of Selfdiscovery, is an important stage. It reveals a deep aspiration for the Divine and, in a certain way, the real purpose of an incarnation. Each incarnation provides a missing element – an experience, good or bad, but at times decisive for the progress of each person.

Following a spiritual way illuminates the path and leads to the necessary action, one that is capable of generating the best by saving precious time. We wish here to encourage you all to be truly committed to this rather unusual approach, one that brings about real changes. Visible or not, they produce the best. Such achievement in one's life saves a lot of time – the vibrations of the whole being change and carry a person differently. Over the years and with experience, the path is illuminated, allowing one to go where needed while avoiding a number of mistakes. These are inevitable in the course of an incarnation, but they can be reduced through a certain acquired wisdom that is decisive in more respects than one. Sahaj Marg, in its apparent simplicity, acts on sensitive points that are, to some extent, capable of releasing a person from the heaviness of Karma. Perseverance and sincere action produce significant results. It is so gratifying for us to witness the benefits.

May all truly motivate themselves and attain the best, the ultimate goal.
