Here is the sacred refuge, as you know, a moment of delight for your soul. These writings have no other aim than to help our abhyasis progress and rise far above Earthly burdens. Although these are necessary for every human being, each one of the incarnations holds its share of diverse experiences which are so very formative. When the path finally emerges – the spiritual path, that is – a real opportunity for true progress presents itself to the seeker. Sahaj Marg proposes certain work; it is not demanding, but regularity and follow-up are nevertheless needed to obtain the very best. The results cannot be measured. The abhyasi embarks on this path where confidence and perseverance generate the best. For many of our brothers and sisters, surrender to the Master remains an abstract notion. Regardless of each person's sensitivity, the results obtained over the long term are significant enough to gladden the alliance of united Masters who are very sensitive, you can be sure, to the spiritual blossoming of all our brothers and sisters committed to following us.

We await the best; what has resulted from it over all these years is quite significant and truly encourages one to persevere, more than ever, on this unprecedented upward journey. We can say it and happily emphasise it for the good of all who trust us

and who deserve the best at this level. In this area, perseverance and sincere commitment remain necessary, carried by the power of our actions.
