Keep joy within you, the joy that dispels the greyness of the days. These contacts are a delight for your heart – it lives on love. Mediumship is not enough; only this energy distinguishes these writings. They are and will remain unique in their genre for more than one reason: their number is unparalleled, and they are rich in their effects. The Sahaj Marg Mission is taking off in the world – this fact is being emphasised once again. A way like this will increasingly find its place in it. It is called for by many souls in need of this concept so important for human evolution: a spiritual dimension capable of responding to the increasingly obvious needs – this for all, whether perceived or not.

Why not revisit these concepts often? Nowadays the human being is assailed by noise, images and multiple forms of pollution that cannot be humanly detected. The sensitivity of the subtle bodies must be preserved; they are of fundamental importance in human equilibrium. These facts are not currently considered as they should be, and yet these things painfully disturb everything that lives on this Earth. It is not our habit to address such matters, and yet none of these considerations are foreign to us. We would wish much better for all that lives here below. This world is what it is, let us continue our action – modestly in this particular register yet important in its effects for the good of all. Our objective lies there, essential: one day the divine goal will be reached. Our wishes, and especially our action, contribute to it.

Special blessings to all.
