There is always something to say. You must spare yourself, but these contacts are real treasures for your heart – it aspires only for that. This fervour is felt by many of our abhyasis in reading our words; doesn't everything have its raison d'être! Present-day life in this world – destabilising for many men and women committed to this process – is far from the true values that life offers them for their personal and spiritual elevation. To each one, his or her own path; what must be comes about sooner or later, and there, the best can be accomplished. An incarnation is exposed to multiple situations. One must face them at all costs and act in the best way. Thus a life unfolds before the seeker according to the laws of karma; these laws retain their mystery, all have to put up with them, and it is best to accept them since that is inescapable.

Following a spiritual way promotes the progress of a being. Each one advances at their own pace but confirms, according to their commitment, the potential that dwells in them. Life is one, and it continues elsewhere in order to explore other fields of action that bear out the personality of the seeker. Sahaj Marg is a simple way; it nevertheless provides multiple benefits. Each one seizes in their own manner what is offered to them, thus the best is accomplished in accordance with our most ardent wishes.
