Seeing only the good and the beauty around oneself is a definite advantage; so much ugliness and violence manifests even where one does not expect it. To give the best of oneself, cultivating it for good reasons, is the best that can be done. Human beings can be fooled, for our part we are not. We have said it often enough: everything is counted, appreciated as it must be, and entered on the registers of time. None can escape this, such are the divine laws, and this fact cannot be circumvented. Perfection is not of this world, but to work towards it is a source of hope in the face of so much ugliness inherent in humankind. It will take quite some time to overcome it – will this world manage to do so! To keep hope and to act towards the good is rather comforting. A spiritual path leads beings to the best of themselves. To follow it with rigour as well as fervour yields results more real than is apparent. Miracles make one dream; they exist, sometimes where one does not expect them. Hope, confidence and faith accomplish the best here.

The powers of the incarnate Master are real; they manifest over time and produce the best. Confidence, faith and perseverance are major assets. Nothing is obtained without a true commitment, but the results are worth the trouble. One day, it is said,

the divine goal will be reached. These words are not utopian: reality is at the end of the road.

So it is.
