The Mission is expanding worldwide. It will increasingly help humans struggling with this material world that destabilizes the subtle energies of the physical body and beyond. The practice proposed here provides real benefits in balancing the body; the harmonisation of the subtle bodies is valuable for the well-being of each of our brothers and sisters. This practice of Sahaj Marg is more effective than it seems, we have said it often enough. When our abhyasis leave this world, they are able to measure their progress and rejoice. Thus operates this way of the heart – its great apparent simplicity conceals its treasures. These are fully revealed in the world of the Spirit where only the truth appears, far from the constant illusion prevailing here below. Such are the laws; we are doing our best to help our brothers and sisters, and this commitment is bearing fruit.
