These messages help many of our abhyasis; the testimonies prove it to you. All our attention here is focused on this Mission, where there is still so much to be done. Unity must prevail, egos must calm down and instead consider the good fortune this path of Sahaj Marg represents for all of them. Its expansion in hearts is a blessing; it is given to humans of this time, so destabilised by an aberrant way of life that disrupts energies. Meditation leads human beings to reconnect and rejuvenate themselves, to consider an incarnation from a different angle, and to commit themselves for their own Earthly welfare and the elevation of their souls.

Considered in this way, life takes on another meaning. Overcoming the heaviness of this world is a major advantage and an especially decisive factor in the blossoming of the being. The path of Sahaj Marg is working largely in this direction; not everything is understood in this action, but it is more effective than it seems.

Letting go, setting out with determination on this conquest of the sovereign Spirit, gives another dimension to this life on Earth. So many people are wandering aimlessly, without any prospects other than the daily routine, which is particularly hard for some.

No life is easy; each person advances in his or her own way. Nothing is in vain, everything is counted – the bad as well as the good – so it is better to go in the direction of the good. May all our abhyasis become aware of this reality and carefully consider their behaviour, for their greater good and, by extension, that of the Mission. May

all motivate themselves and contribute to the development of this path of the heart, unprecedented in its effects, under our blessings.
