A vibration of love rising above a material world – a world more troubled than ever in these times of drift, of every sort – here is the subtle essence of our spiritual way called Sahaj Marg, whose practice is not ordinary. It adapts to modern life by giving everyone the opportunity to act as they see fit, apart from the large gatherings. These are essential, as is group meditation, allowing hearts to unite in a vast liberating movement.

Life is one and indivisible; the egregore of our way goes beyond the boundaries of this material world, operating on other levels, there too progressing in its redeeming action. From our position we can accurately assess what exists. This movement will bear more and more delectable fruit for the soul, for the incarnate being. Finding 'the way' is not always simple; other experiences are needed to better appreciate later on what this path brings. It is of the utmost importance to impose limits on oneself, devoting a little time to what determines in a person the continuation of his or her evolution.

We do see people's hearts, their progression towards the Ultimate, and the journey they have travelled in spite of great difficulties for some of them on the material plane. All successes are beautiful and are bearers of blessings on this Earth and elsewhere, well beyond human comprehension. The divine power is infinite, operating as it sees fit, far from human preconceptions and all forms of social status. The soul is divine in its essence, and its path is determined in advance. When it finds the way, mercy is

there, and a journey to the Ultimate begins – one that does not disappoint. May all our abhyasis be fully motivated and achieve the goal according to our most fervent wishes.
