Escape from this world and see only the beautiful, the good in all things. Peace and harmony lie there, within oneself. It is not always easy to divest oneself of what is unnecessary – this life is burdensome in many respects. You know the secret, the way to insulate yourself from all this negativity; the refuge is within you, and your heart provides sufficient evidence of it – it is the real treasure of a human being, so great are its possibilities. They exceed human perceptions. Perhaps one day the heart will reveal itself in all its aspects beyond human possibilities. Human nature is rich, and the whole of creation is the absolute masterpiece. Our method uses capabilities still largely unrecognised; the great mystics of the past referred to them in their own way. They sensed a very special energy in this centre point unknown to science. There lies the mystery in humans; divine life is organised according to its own criteria, and seekers benefit from it according to their personal approach, with the guidance they choose for themselves.

Here, in Sahaj Marg, we address this aspect in our own manner; it is out of the ordinary but proves its power of action over time. To refine oneself, to divest oneself of the unnecessary, such is the objective. We encourage our brothers and sisters to be more and more committed to this path leading towards the absolute splendour; it is not

a myth. Advancing towards it is the noblest possible approach. To all, our blessings, and our wish for total success.
