It seems that everything has been said, and yet so many questions arise as the days go by. All our abhyasis are faced with daily difficulties that must be overcome as best as possible, and resolved where necessary. Life is never easy; if it were, where would the challenge lie? Trials and problems of all kinds help humans to develop themselves and to let their best emerge. Nothing is useless, and the positive side is to be considered in everything. Thus, from life to life, humans realise what is needed for their personal evolution. Following a spiritual path allows one to assess oneself and the meaning of life in general. Numerous incarnations are necessary for all; they allow one to search and to access knowledge in order to obtain the best. Sahaj Marg contributes to this; we witness beings transforming themselves and going where they never imagined, for their highest good. This very special achievement is unique and brings the best for each of our brothers and sisters. Everyone is facing the same problems, regardless of their material situation; nothing is simple in this world. Managing as best one can, as the days go by – with the deep conviction that this life is only a passage, an opportunity to grow and to understand the ultimate purpose of things – opens up broad perspectives. Sahaj Marg gives a profound meaning to this inner call; when it is revealed in all its reality, the aspirant, over time, sees life differently. The body, at the subtle level, is gradually transformed, even if one is not aware of it. We are working accordingly so that the best in each one may be revealed,
