May your joy remain, dear soul, in spite of everything. The turbulence of life cannot be avoided; one must put up with it as best as possible and remain centred within. This refuge is sacred and its peace unalterable. It is a reserved realm; maintaining its peace and harmony is wise and bears the best fruit.

This world is constantly disturbed by natural phenomena, but also by a lack of maturity among humans. Will the wars and massacres never stop! Centuries pass, and nothing changes at this level. The situation would be hopeless if we did not foresee the best the future holds; this will not come tomorrow.

It is up to all individuals to change, to watch themselves and take action; the same mistakes are repeated endlessly. What more can we do in this mad world that has gone beyond the limits in every regard! Respect for self and others must be regained. What can we say or do to sensitise our abhyasis and encourage them to move towards a more just world – one with real values and personal ethics able to promote their evolution!

Everything is taken into account; it is up to each and every one to keep a check on themselves and to act for the best against all odds, in a world that has gone beyond tolerable limits. This situation saddens us immeasurably – we work for the good. This conquest of the Spirit is not fruitless; it lays solid foundations that will withstand the chaos. This world must absolutely change. It is up to one and all to see and commit

themselves as is proper for their own good and the good of all. May this world evolve favourably – there lies the aim of our action. May all grow in wisdom.
