Go beyond human weaknesses in these blessed moments when the communion between our hearts is established. What does it matter what people say about these writings, which nourish many hearts who appreciate and await them. Let us carry on a little longer, shall we? Actions inspired by the heart are adorned with a beautiful energy. Here we are in a very special register; there is much to read and reread. These messages have nothing in common with a novel. Many are not yet brought to the attention of our abhyasis, but some, we hope, will one day surprise them.

Today's humans are saturated. Images and noise distort their perception of what surrounds them. They cannot assimilate everything. Past a certain threshold, they reject what goes beyond their capacity to receive. To follow a spiritual path and to give it the necessary time is wisdom itself. This approach strengthens the whole being, reharmonising subtle energies that are so important for a proper inner balance. In this world whose madness has become limitless, one must be strong and not neglect what is essential in life.

May this reading continue to help many of our brothers and sisters who have chosen to give themselves a pause in the day to unite with the Divine. This time is counted, and it is restored to them in a way that they cannot really assess, but that

adds something positive to their practice. May all be strengthened and enlightened as is proper in this bewildering world of darkness.
