Everything takes its place slowly on Earth, where nothing is ever simple. Humans always complicate things, and the elements also see to it that life as a whole is destabilised. Following a spiritual path – with the commitment it implies and the rituals that establish themselves naturally in the abhyasis – this brings about important spaces of peace and harmony within each of them. This world is troubled and suffers from numerous disturbances affecting the health and energy balance of every human being. A moment of rest and interiorisation leads the whole being to a better balance and provides true solace. Blessed are the wise who manage to set aside such moments in a day. It is up to each and every one to see and to act appropriately, according to the profound call they feel and the goal they wish to achieve.

The spiritual Master is the ideal guide, capable of leading the seeker a long way through the very secret mazes of spirituality, for which no handbook on this Earth can provide the key – one that truly opens the 'way'. Love is the ideal starting point; commitment and fervour do the rest. May all achieve the ultimate goal. That is the objective of all of us here, who lend our full support to the living Master, our great and beloved son who is working for this most beautiful path of Sahaj Marg.
