The level of consciousness will change considerably in the coming centuries; certain upheavals will facilitate that extraordinary progress. Everything has been happening very slowly since the dawn of time. A lot of work remains to be done; it will be in line with the new order that will be needed on Earth. Spiritual elevation will become the major area of interest of a new society that will have understood the need to not neglect this essential aspect of an incarnation. Time is running out in every respect. Life, as it is today, is to be taken as such. Who can really change it overall? On the other hand, each human being can work for his or her own evolution.

Over the centuries, different approaches have been proposed and are still being adhered to today by a very large number of followers. Everything changes and adapts according to need, the needs of a continually evolving humanity. Our path, in its simplicity, reveals a very significant action. It does not require hours of contemplation and prayers. It focuses on a practice that fits perfectly into the current lifestyle – one in which the human mind is constantly challenged and troubled – much more than it should be. This life, which is superficial in so many respects, does not lend itself to real interiorisation. Everyone manages this aspect of life in their own way. Although the call for interiorisation does not seem apparent among most human beings, it truly exists, and it will become increasingly necessary for their equilibrium as they struggle with

disturbances whose levels are alarming for their balance and well-being. The recourse of spirituality is there; it is up to everyone to understand it and assimilate it as best they can.
