Your heart yearns for these messages; they are its sacred food, so enjoy them well, my daughter. Most of our abhyasis now benefit from them and we are happy for that. There is so much ugliness in this material world; the Spirit world is doing its utmost to help it as needed.

Our actions are not spectacular, yet they take place every moment, one could say, going unnoticed in most cases. What matters is to establish what is good here below, in our own manner; there lies the objective, and all opportunities are to be seized. Likewise, many of our abhyasis are working for the good in various spheres, but for most of them the motive for action remains the same – the heart expresses itself in its own manner.

An incarnation is short compared to eternity; it is better to choose one's path as soon as possible and to stick to it when it targets what is good for oneself and for all. Everyone does what they can according to their possibilities. Here, there is no judgement, no lecturing; who can truly judge others? Proposing the means to grow and to improve oneself on all levels remains a beneficial action, and it suits us. What we propose is simple and non-demanding. Setting aside some time in a day, when so much time is often wasted, does not in our view appear to be very demanding for our committed and motivated abhyasis. We are happy about that. "The pure in heart shall

see the light," it has been said. We can confirm it here, where our action goes in this direction.

Everyone's commitment depends on their individual possibilities – at all levels.
