Centre yourself in the heart of silence; serenity sets in and establishes a favourable contact, to the delight of the soul. Isn't our practice the simplest, the most pared down? Attaining this state of grace so quickly is a rare blessing. Every day you can witness it and manage to tune in to us, even when you do not believe it possible.

The discovery of such a jewel is a gradual process. To thus interiorise oneself in this mad world is a grace. Many would like to access it, but they do not know the key to this kingdom where we act in order to lead our abhyasis to sacred shores. Loyalty and steadfastness in practice yield the best results. After their many years of practice, we see a substantial transformation in our brothers and sisters, and this makes us happy.

A simple means can produce great effects. The divine laws bring about, in due time, what is required for human evolution. Sahaj Marg is a valuable asset. We are happy to see the results, and this is just the beginning.
