Come and commune in 'the garden of flowers' inside you; it delights your heart. Far from noise and numerous worries, here you enjoy peace. Humans neglect this treasure; many are unaware of the wealth inside them, in those privileged places where the best is accomplished. A true spiritual process is a blessing for the whole being. Interiorisation, deep meditation, leads to states of inner peace and beneficial serenity, valuable in this world that is troubled in every way.

What seems unbearable fades away and peace overwhelms you in these blessed moments. Reenergise yourself, my daughter. Do not let yourself be overwhelmed like this. Don't you have the desired Eden in your heart?

Life in this world amounts to so little. Is it not 'a breath, a nothing, and nothing more,' according to a precept of the S.E. [Spiritual Entity] of your Master?

Look reality in the face – the divine life, immutable in terms of a principle that creates and rules all things. See this power; it is inescapable, and it justifies the involvement of all our brothers and sisters in following our principles to advance and rise spiritually in an effective manner.
