It is not desirable to encourage dissidence, in any way. That has only destabilised the Mission too much in the past; yet, regarding this aspect, the Mission's troubles still aren't over.

"Thus are humans. Vigilance is imperative, even if these documents, generally, are more or less authentic. That is what is worth saying on this occasion.
