Be reasonable, your health does not allow you to do more. Meditate and be united with all our faithful abhyasis for whom this special day holds an important place in remembrance of the Great Master of the Mission. Enjoy this vibration which your heart can recognise, and commune with yourself, my child. The clock of time punctuates life on Earth; it also marks important moments, giving meaning to what surrounds man. In spirituality, they are essential as they stir faith and the impulses of love towards the emblematic figures of our Mission. This aspect is to be considered; caught in the swirl of their terrestrial existence, our aspirants need to devote themselves to days of seminars that can make them interiorise themselves and keep aloof from the bondages of material life.

"With regard to the process of receiving these messages, at first they percolate through you, then they are pieced together in several steps, while remaining coherent and keeping their specific vibration. You make do with your current means. Take heart, please. We are with you."
