This period preceding the birthday of Revered Lalaji substantially modifies the energy of our way. It gives it an impetus, a contained fervour, the benefits of which are detected by some of our aspirants. This outstanding fact in the Mission is to be considered with greatest respect. These stages of a year testify to a constructive progress fostering its expansion in the world of men. These celebrations are conducive to assessments, to supporting the degree of motivation of our aspirants, as far as their impact is concerned. They offer opportunities to meet and to maintain a positive state of mind towards our institutions. Everything should be taken into account in this critical matter.

"The Spirit in form and the form in the service of the Spirit must merge and strengthen our Mission, in all its aspects. Spiritual life thrives on gatherings; abhyasis are encouraged to initiate them as is proper. There are very many opportunities, including these birth anniversary days, outstanding milestones in a way like ours. They are directly connected to the divine source, through the Masters in charge of its destiny and chosen for this purpose on Earth. This hierarchy creates a growing force, capable, in its own way, of having control over anything that could do disservice to it. It is in the purity of the system that our way must find its fulfilment. Its evolution is all mapped out and it will not deviate from its origins, so that, point by point, it can fulfil the requirements of the present and future. Simplicity and integrity must remain its major assets; such is the will of the higher powers. May all our brothers and sisters take into account
