One incarnation prepares for the next; the links of the chain become stronger over time and consolidate a long lineage that is necessary for the journey of a soul. It takes so much suffering, so many experiences and multiple tests to reach a satisfactory state of consciousness capable of meeting the deep aspirations of the soul. Following a true spiritual path, one that is capable of simplifying the ultimate quest, saves valuable time. In this very mysterious ‘heart’, the main thing is accomplished: the progress of the being. There lies a wealth that is so very precious, namely the divine energy in each and every cell of the being. Science does not yet grasp this personal treasure very well. Every human being possesses it – how can we make all of our brothers and sisters accept and understand this? Places of contemplation foster true progress; interiorisation and silence promote inner peace, one in which the soul is enraptured, progressing on its journey towards the Eternal. Deep and true joy soothe the soul. In this sacred space, the marvel is achieved: the union of the soul with this sublime energy, which in reality is divine. The practice of Sahaj Marg greatly facilitates progress. This mysterious cocoon of energy transforms the whole being, down to the most secret places of the soul. By virtue of its primary essence, this divine energy can perform miracles. In certain circumstances, everyday life demonstrates this; nothing is insignificant, and all is counted.
