Let the best bloom within you, and cultivate it with greatest fervour. This aspect of your life must hold your sharpest attention, above all. Keep offering and loving; thus is your way, in the silence of the heart. Far from men's eyes, from their hasty judgement, a wonder is being prepared in you that will not perish. All our brothers and sisters have to work accordingly; they are given a large space where their action can take place. Interiorising oneself more and more, paying attention to the heart's movements by calming down an intellect that is a disturbance in this matter – this is the challenge.

"To insist every day on what is essential – as we do in these messages – is the key to success. Repetitions are necessary for man as far as all acts of life are concerned. They shape him by providing solid bases and, whether admitted or not, a necessary balance. Monotony does not result from this need but from a lack of imagination, and especially of enthusiasm, for all tremendously enlightening aspects offered by life.
